Testimonial for Rick Hose I first met Rick or "Hosie" at the 2000 State Convention in Cairns. Rick came across as a very confident individual who knew what he wanted and had the "gift of the gab". However, I wondered wether or not he could follow through with the commitment? If I had known Hosie as well then as I do now, and seen his accomplishments, that thought would have never entered my mind. Rick's commitment to Apex is unquestionable. Whatever he sets his mind to he accomplishes to a very high standard and is never happy with second best or mediocre performances. Taking out District Governor of the year in 2002 was the result of the effort put in by Rick and the qualities Rick possess. Rick is a natural leader. When he speaks people don't listen because they have to, they do so because they want to. He has a list of achievements that would rival any Apexian and has done more kilometres than anyone I know.
